Our Limited Warranty is registered to the actual roof, at no additional cost. It can be transferred to the new homeowner swiftly upon property sale. To initiate the warranty transfer, kindly notify NANOROOF™ Sealers within 30 days of the sale. We will schedule a meeting with the new homeowner to review the warranty profile. If you inform us through your realtor, we can expedite the process.

NANOROOF™ Warranty: Our NANOROOF™ Sealer Manufacturer's Warranty offers comprehensive 10-year coverage on labor and materials for the NANOROOF™ Sealer SPS. This warranty extends shingle lifespan by an additional 10 years, safeguarding the underlying roof structure against mold, algae, and mildew. Under normal weather conditions, it ensures shingle flexibility, water resistance, algae resistance, granule stability, and UV resistance. Please note that this is a manufacturer's defect & workmanship warranties. Even if the shingle manufacturer's warranty is void due to time or transfer restrictions, our Nano Roof warranty remains valid.
Warranty Coverage: Coverage limitations include acts of God, natural disasters, previous coating failures, unforeseen environmental conditions, and roof leaks or failures within the structural roof system. NANOROOF™ Sealers is not responsible for faulty application or inadequate repairs. If treated asphalt shingles fail to meet the 2017 Florida building code's "25% rule" for adequate protection, our Certified NANOROOF™ Applicator will retreat affected areas on a prorated basis within the 120-month warranty period.

The warranty provides a 10-year labor and materials warranty for the NANOROOF™ Sealer SPS, guaranteeing the useful life of the shingles.
"Useful life" refers to the period during which the shingles can reasonably be expected to protect the underlying roof structure.
The warranty is designed to prevent the growth of mold, algae, and mildew under normal weather conditions. It also guarantees the shingle surface to prevent water penetration, lock granules in place, and resist UV degradation.
No, the NANOROOF™ warranty remains valid even if a shingle manufacturer's warranty is void due to time or transfer restrictions.
If a manufacturing defect is discovered, the NANOROOF™ applicator and property owner must provide written notice to NANOROOF™ Sealers immediately, within 5 business days, to fulfill warranty obligations.
The warranty is applicable only when products are applied in strict conformance with the manufacturer's specifications and proper application procedures. NANOROOF™ Sealers is not responsible for damage caused by faulty or improper application.
If the property owner has followed all instructions in the insurance guide and the roof is being forced to be replaced by their insurance carrier, NANOROOF™ Sealers will provide credits towards a new roof based on the remaining life of the warranty, up to 100% of the original cost of the nano roof preservation service.
Limitations on coverage include acts of God, natural disasters, failure of previous coatings, unforeseen environmental conditions, and roof leaks or failure of any portion of the structural roof system or attachments thereof.
